In view of the Covid-19 crisis, we regret to inform you that EDTNA/ERCA has taken the difficult decision to postpone the 49th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference scheduled to take place in Ljubljana, September 12-15, 2020 and reschedule the Conference for September 4-7, 2021.
Updated information about registration for the conference in 2021 will be announced soon.
All participants must be registered. It is advised to register in advance. Any person who is not registered will not have access to the session halls and exhibition area.
HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Conference, please fill in the on-line Registration Form which will be open in 2021.
At first, please fill in the Personal Data Form. To finish the registration process successfully, you are required to choose the adequate registration fee and submit the form. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a Proforma Invoice to your email address.
During the registration process you will receive an automatically generated password to your email address. All on-line forms (abstract submission, registration, hotel accommodation) are accessible by using this password.
If you have a group of 5 or more participants, please send your request to the Conference Department at email@example.com.
PARTICIPANT FEES INCLUDE:
- Admission to Scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area
- Conference bag, Final Programme
- Coffee & tea during breaks and 2 x lunch (September 5th and 6th, 2021)
Participants are kindly asked to make all the payments upon the Proforma Invoice received right after finishing the registration. Please state the Variable Symbol in the Payment details field. Payments without name and Variable Symbol cannot be identified and processed.
Participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form. If your payment is not received before the deadline dates of July 1st or August 31st, 2021, the regular or late fee respectively will be automatically applied for unpaid registrations or new requests.
AFTER AUGUST 31st, 2021
Individual Delegates are kindly requested to make all pending payments by credit card exclusively. Payment by bank transfer is not an available option after August 31st, 2021.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation upon request, once the payment for the registration fee has been received. Such an invitation is intended to help raising travel funds or obtaining a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Conference Organizer to provide any financial support. A delegate may request such a letter from the Conference Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
REGISTRATION OPENING HOURS
All documents, personal name badge and Conference bag will be handed out to registered participants during the registration opening hours. The Conference Secretariat will inform you about the registration opening hours sufficiently in advance.

TRANSFERS; CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name an administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (email) to the Conference Department according to the following conditions:
- Refunds will be processed AFTER the Conference.
- Requests for refunds made after November 30th, 2021 will not be considered.
- EDTNA/ERCA Membership fees are not refundable.
EDTNA/ERCA Head Office is Hergiswil, NW; the place of jurisdiction is Stans, Switzerland.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the Conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.STATEMENT BY EDTNA/ERCA AND DATA ADMINISTRATORS ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA
Data administrators declare that they and their employees will collect, manage, handle and store any personal, professional or financial data for the constitutional remit of EDTNA/ERCA only, and according to Swiss Law, EU regulations and national law of contracted service providers involved. The collected and managed data shall not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties. Every person and entity involved has the right to get information from EDTNA/ERCA on his or her personal data collected and managed by EDTNA/ERCA and its partners at any time and ask for complete deleting.
Employees of the administrators or other individuals who process personal data under contract with the administrator and other persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality all data as mentioned above, even after termination of employment or work. The leading legislation is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DPA; Law stated as at 01-Aug-2014), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), implementation of 25.05.20 and national law of contracted service providers are involved.
