Dear Author & Speaker,
It is our pleasure to present the guidelines for speakers. The Scientific Board of the 50th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference will do its utmost to help you, with the preparation for this year´s conference.

PRESENTATION TIMING:
  • Oral presentation = 15 minutes including questions

Please take a few minutes of your time to read the following information which provides you with an overview of the on-site organization of the conference to ensure the smooth running of your sessions.

If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact our Conference Department who will be happy to support you by emailing: edtnaerca2022@guarant.cz.

CONFIDENTIALITY / AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
  • We would like to inform the authors that their consent will be requested to allow EDTNA/ERCA to upload the PowerPoint presentations (in PDF) to the Association website www.edtnaerca.org after the conference. If you for any reason do not wish to give such authorization, your file will be automatically deleted from our system at the end of the conference.
PRESENTATION CONTENT
  • Each paper should contain the following:
  • A short descriptive title (no abbreviations in the title)
  • Full names of contributing authors
  • Address of unit/hospital/institution
  • An introduction, the purpose of the study (where appropriate), methods, results, discussion, conclusion

How to prepare and submit the e-Poster
Instructions for the e-Poster presentations

Dear Author & E-Poster presenter,
It is our pleasure to present you the guidelines for E-Poster authors. The Scientific Board of the 50th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference will do its utmost to help you with the preparation for this year´s conference.

The E-Posters will be displayed on interactive screens during the entire conference.

Please take a few minutes of your time to read the following information which provides you with an overview of the on-site organization of the conference to ensure the smooth running of your sessions.

E-POSTER CONTENT
Each poster should contain the following elements:
  • A short descriptive title (no abbreviations in the title)
  • Full names of contributing authors
  • Address of hospital/unit/institution
  • An introduction, the purpose of the study, methods, results, discussion, conclusion
  • The conclusion is by far the most important part of the poster – the message should be clear and simple, emphasizing implications for practice.
  • Diagrams, graphs, bar charts, scattergrams, pie charts, and photographs will enhance your digital poster. Make short statements and avoid long explanatory sentences.
  • Industry or commercial advertising is not allowed on poster presentations. Posters that prominently display company logos or trade names will be excluded from the poster scholarship and may be removed from the display, or have the company name covered.
