HOW TO REGISTER 

To register for the Conference, please fill in the online Registration Form which will be available from May 2022.

At first, please fill in the Personal Data Form. To finish the registration process successfully, you are required to choose the adequate registration fee and submit the form. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a Proforma Invoice to your email address.

During the registration process you will receive an automatically generated password to your email address. All online forms (abstract submission, registration, hotel accomodation) are accessible by using this password.

GROUP REGISTRATION

If you have a group of 10 or more participants, please send your request to the EDTNA/ERCA Conference Management & Registrations at edtnaerca2022@guarant.cz.

REGISTRATION FEES 

Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final.

*Student fee is applicable until the age of 26 years, students shall submit a document of their school or university proving the age and student status when they register.

PARTICIPANT FEES INCLUDE

• Admission to Scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area
• Admission to Opening Ceremony
• Conference materials
• Refreshment

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (PREFERRED OPTION)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

2. BANK TRANSFER

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the online form. Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 26 August 2022. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the Online Payment System. 

All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.

FINAL INVOICE

The final and taxable invoice will be sent automatically to your email address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment

LETTER OF INVITATION

The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation upon request, once the payment for the registration fee has been received. Such an invitation is inteded to help raising travel funds or obtaining a visa. It is not commitment on the part of the Conference Organizer to provide any financial support. A participant may request such a letter from EDTNA/ERCA Conference Management & Registrations at edtnaerca2022@guarant.cz.

TRANSFERS; CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

• Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name an administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
• All cancellations must be notified in writing (per email) to the EDTNA/ERCA Conference Management & Registrations at edtnaerca2022@guarant.cz. according to the following conditions.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CHARGES

If a change or cancellation made by a participant regarding registration results in a refund, we reserve the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.
