All participants must be registered. Any person who is not registered will not have access to the EDTNA/ERCA Spring Virtual Seminar.
HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Spring Virtual Seminar, please fill in the on-line Registration Form (which will be available from February 8, 2021).
At first, please fill in the Personal Data Form. To finish the registration process successfully, you are required to choose the adequate registration fee and submit the form. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a Proforma Invoice to your email address.
During the registration process you will receive an automatically generated password to your email address.
If you have a group of 5 or more participants, please send your request to the Conference Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.
*Members may not apply for the Member Participant Fee if they are not a current member. To become a member, please register here: EDTNA/ERCA General member registration form.
To verify the membership status at any time please contact the EDTNA/ERCA Membership Administrator at Secretariat@edtnaerca.org .
Participants are kindly asked to make all the payments Online or upon the Proforma Invoice received right after finishing the registration. Please state the Variable Symbol in the Payment details field. Payments without name and Variable Symbol cannot be identified and processed.
Participants are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form. If your payment is not received before the deadline date of March 24, 2021, the late fee will be automatically applied for unpaid registrations or new requests.
AFTER APRIL 2, 2021
Individual Delegates are kindly requested to make all pending payments by credit card exclusively. Payment by bank transfer is not an available option after April 2, 2021.
TRANSFERS; CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time. For any change of name an administration fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (email) to the Conference Department at email@example.com. according to the following conditions:
- Refunds will be processed AFTER the Conference.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CHARGES
|Until February 28, 2021||Full participant fee paid minus 50 EUR (for administrative charges) refunded|
|March 1 - March 31, 2021||50 % of participant fee paid will be refunded|
|After April 1, 2021||No refund will be made|
In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.
