GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
It is with pleasure we present our revised Guidelines from last year to you as the Author and Speaker at this years’ Conference in Krakow, Poland. Our Scientific Programme Committee of the 46th EDTNA/ERCA International Conference will do its utmost to help you as an author and speaker at our Conference. This year a new structure and process of the Scientific Programme will be introduced. We strongly believe we add value to our Scientific Programme by adding oral and digital poster presentations to the parallel session.
If you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact our Conference Department whom is happy to support you by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Improvements of Poster display and visibility in Krakow
This year in Krakow, all Posters will be displayed on screens, which we see as an advantage for you since you don’t need to carry your Poster in a tube to Krakow. All of you who will get the acceptance of your Abstract as Poster will receive clear guidelines about this year process.
As usual we want to maximize the level of importance of your achieved work by having Selected Posters to be presented as Short Orals. And all Posters will be assessed by experts in the topics before the Conference to select the winners of scholarship.
