What is the best way to get to the conference venue from the airport?
You can find this, and other practical information, in the Before You Go letter.

REGISTRATION
-
What are the registration fees for the conference?
The registration fees can be found on the Registration page. There are three registration periods:
- Early registration – the most affordable option

-
How can I register a group of participants?
If you are registering a group of participants, you can select multiple tickets and turn off the „this ticket is for me“ option in the next step of the registration. You will be requested to fill in the details of the ticket holders. When filling in the personal data of individual participants (first name, last name, email), be especially careful and avoid mistakes.
Please fill in the questions from the registration form for at least one participant, because here you are filling in the invoicing address that will appear on your invoice.
It is compulsory to complete the registration form for each participant. If you (the person doing the group registration) do not fill in all the details, you can choose the option that a registration form will be sent to the person (people) you are registering. You can then subsequently complete the payment.
In case you have questions about the group registration, please contact the EDTNA/ERCA Conference Management & Registrations at edtnaerca2025@edtnaerca.org. -
What is the difference between a delegate registration and an exhibitor registration (for partners)?
A delegate registration is an entrance to the Scientific Sessions and the exhibition. An exhibitor registration is an entrance to the exhibition (in the foyer), but not to the Scientific Sessions. An exhibitor registration does however allow exhibitors/partners to attend their own sponsored sessions (e.g. CES or Lunch Symposium).

Yes, active participants need to purchase a delegate registration. The only exception is for Guest Speakers invited by the EDTNA/ERCA. You can find the list of invited Guest Speakers and their bios on the Scientific Programme page.
-
Am I eligible for the student registration fee?
Student registration is available to anyone currently enrolled at a recognised educational institution. To be eligible for the student fee, you must provide valid and current proof of enrollment at the time of registration.

Who is eligible for the Portuguese National Day registration?
The National Day Reduced Fee is available exclusively to participants who are either from Portugal or currently working in Portugal.
Please note: attendees with this registration are also more than welcome to join us for the other days of the conference (but the rest of the programme will be in English). -
How can I obtain the final invoice?
The final taxable invoice is not yet available, as we are waiting for the assignment of a Portuguese VAT number. Once this is completed, the invoice will be issued and emailed to all participants.
-

You have received your QR code via email on October 7 from the Conference Department. You can also find your QR code in the Mobile Application after logging in (use your email with which you registered for the conference to log in).
