Welcome to us at EDTNA/ERCA in Austria. My name is Panagiota Tsikala, and I am a proud Brand Ambassador for Austria. I am a nurse and I study my masters in Renal care. I worked for many years in hemodialysis in 4 European countries and now I am working in the University Hospital in Vienna. We have 6 EDTNA/ERCA members in Austria.

We are pleased to invite you to a German-speaking nephrology nursing conference in Vienna. The conference is part of the activities marking World Kidney Day (WKD).
The conference “IM DIALOG – The Role of Nephrology Nursing” was initiated and led by Panagiota Tsikala, Brand Ambassador Austria (EDTNA/ERCA).
The scientific leadership lies with the Vienna Research School, and EDTNA/ERCA is a cooperation partner of the conference.
Participants can expect engaging topics in nephrology nursing, including CKD-associated pruritus – diagnostics and treatment, ultrasound-guided cannulation (USG), pregnancy & dialysis, Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) in nephrology, and more.
